Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are you located?
    We are located on the Newport Rd, Limerick. We are less than one minute off the Mackey roundabout and the M7 Motorway, exit 28.
  • Whats your eircode?
    Our eircode is V94 HKA9
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we can deliver your order. The delivery charge will depend on distance traveled. Please get in touch for a quote.
  • Can I collect my hire items?
    Yes, you are welcome to arrange a time with us to collect your hire items.
  • When do I pay for my order?
    All orders must be paid for before the hire starts. Orders being delivered must be paid for in advance of delivery.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept card and cash payments.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, we take a deposit against all orders. Deposits are separate to the hire amount and are refunded within 7 days less any damage or loss of items.
  • Can I amend my order?
    You can amend your order up to 24 hours before collection/delivery and it will be subject to availability.
  • How long can I keep my hired items?
    The standard hire period is for 48 hours or Friday-Monday for weekend hires. If you would like to hire items for a longer period of time please get in touch for a quote.
  • Do I have to wash the items before I return them?
    Yes, please return cutlery and crockery washed and in the crates you received them in. Please put the washed glassware in their crates faced down. There will be charge applied for any unwashed items.
  • What happens if I break something?
    There is a replacement charge for each item. VAT is chargeable on all losses/breakages.
  • Does your equipment require three phase electricity?
    Our commercial ovens require three phase electricity, everything else works on standard power.
  • What are your Terms & Conditions?

  • Can you recommend a caterer?
    Yes, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
  • Do you hire marquees?
    No, we don’t hire marquees. But we are happy to recommend a supplier.
